Doug Hutchison (born 26 May, 1960 in Dover, Delaware) is an American actor.

He is best known for playing the liver-eating mutant Eugene Victor Tooms from two episodes of the television series The X-Files and other malevolent, psychopathic characters in The Green Mile, Con Air, The Practice, and Millennium. His other credits include I Am Sam, The Salton Sea, and a stint on the soap opera Guiding Light.

Doug is often described as being cute, short and slightly to left.^{[citation needed]}

There is a current groundswell of support across several fan sites (see External Links below) for Doug to be cast in the role of Walter Kovacs aka RORSCHACH in the currently-in-production movie version of the seminal classic comic book WATCHMEN.
