Bijoyinee [1] is an Indian Bengali television soap opera that premiered on December 24, 2018 and airs on Bengali General Entertainment Channel Star Jalsha and is also available on the digital platform Hotstar[2] The Show Stars Swastika Dutta[3] and Actor Rudrajit Mukherjee in lead roles and Anjana Basu in a negative role [4] It marks the come back of Anjana Basu into Bengali television.The Show is Produced under the banner of Boyhood Productions. The show went on- air from 24 December 2018 at 9 pm replacing Bhoomikanya.

Plot

Bijoyinee narrates the tale of a wealthy maid servant's daughter Keka and her struggles to become a great dancer. Her main struggle is how a well known classical dancer Subarna, whose house her mother works at, detests her and prevents her to dance in the dance industry because of her lower class as a maid servant's daughter.
