::Ok, I see, and it does make sense. I'm from Virginia and I know live near Arlington, Virginia, and I am aware of both Texas and Virginia cities. I'm not as geographically challenged, and there are people that are, so I see why some cities have their state with it. And I'll admit, I never heard about Commerce City until they announced this tour. Again I was just doing what I'm used to. Thanks for the clarification! == Hella Mega Tour ==

According to Green Day site and Hella Mega site only concerts from June 13, 2020 are part of Hella Mega, all previous will be something like Father Of All.. Tour, but definitely not Hella Mega.

Also what's called Leg 3 on our page is not co-headlinig, but Weezer is just a special guest on Green Day tour.

So all in all Leg 5 & 6 are the only that should be on that page. [[User:Gubarenko|Mark Gubarenko]] ([[User talk:Gubarenko|talk]]) 06:08, 28 November 2019 (UTC)

WP:USPLACE Dispute

So I'm not sure when having the state along with the city was started, but majority of tour pages I've edited on has never used the WP:USPLACE rule. If you look at my contributions, Taylor Swift's Reputation Stadium Tour, Beautiful Trauma World Tour, Sweetener World Tour, Happiness Begins Tour, to name a few, all of the United States cities don't require the use of the state name with the city name. Is there a reason Green Day tour pages uses this rule, while majority of tour pages I contributed in doesn't? I'm just curious since I created this tour page based off of what I'm used to. The naming convention exists to avoid ambiguities and to help the reader identify uncommon cities. For example, on this page "Arlington" is listed as a city in the United States. This could either mean the city in Texas or Virginia. There are actually a few large cities in the United States that share the same name, so this is more common that one might think (i.e. Duluth, Kansas City, Pasadena, etc.). It also helps the reader geographically place a city which is not very well known (i.e. Commerce City in this article). – Zntrip 20:34, 14 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
