The Issa ( Somali: Ciise ) are a Somali clan, a sub-clan of the Dir. The Issa reside primarily in Djibouti, nothern Somalia and the Somali Region of Ethiopia.

There is also another tiny and less known Ciise sub-clan within the Darod clan of Somalia.
