Dr Leela joshi, the woman physician, which is also known as Mother Teresa of the Malwa region for her selfless service to humanity. She was listed among top 100 influential women of the country in a survey carried out by Dept of Women and Child Development and in 2020, she was awarded the Padma Shri India's fourth highest civilian award for her work amongst Tribals in Madhya Pradesh.[2][3][4]
