King's Disease is the thirteenth[1] studio album by American rapper Nas. It was released on August 21, 2020 through Mass Appeal Records. It succeeds Nas album Nasir, released two years prior in 2018. The album features an appearance from The Firm, as well as guest appearances from Anderson Paak, A$AP Ferg, Big Sean, Brucie B, Charlie Wilson, Don Toliver, Fivio Foreign, Hit-Boy, and Lil Durk.

The album is executive produced by Nas, with co-executive duties by Hit-Boy, and Gabriel Zardes.[1]
