Everything that was written in the article is relevant to the article's topic because it describes what civic technology is developed and used in our society today. It defines what civic technology is, which is a service that is offered to accomodate to public needs. There were no points that were underrepresented because the article clarified what civic technology is and described how it comes in four different forms. Not only that, but it touched closely on how civic technology is being used differently in the government system across the globe. Then, it gave examples of what civic technologies that are developed; Airbnb, Uber, DoorDash. The article is neutral because there was no bias towards a particular position, but rather showed examples of how civic technology is being used. As I navigated towards the citations at the end, I clicked on multiple links that were spread out and ensured that it worked. The sources are not outdated because most articles range from 2014 to 2018 of when the sources were published. Therefore, sources are pretty recent because it included sources in 2018, which shows that the article has been recently re-edited by other Wikipedia writers. Adding on, the most sources are reliable, but there was one source that was from reddit. Reddit is a platform from strangers to discuss among different topics of their choice which is not a reliable source. There is no nobility in using Reddit as a source for the article. At the end, it concluded on how public schools are offering more digital technology to allow students to have access to the high tech world, however it did not elaborate thoroughly on which softwares is offered for students to be well equipped.
