He is an established musician and producer in Toronto. Not popular music genres, I believe that is not a requirement. Under-presented music genres, like folk, jazz, world, he is established. Award and nomitation will prove this. |

There may not be a lot of direct references to his name in reference articles, as he joins interviews as part of the band "Minor Empire", and a typical story of producer, he doesn't get much coverage. That's the nature of being a man behind the scenes, as in producing. |

It is natural for a producer that the records they produced are referenced more than themselves. Though, added two producer award nominations that clearly includes his name. Referenced awards are established industry awards, not a couple of dudes are voting off of their basement. Award have proper jury system. They are known in the, again under-represented, music communities. |
