Kutni dam is the large dam in Chhatarpur district this dam is located in khajwa, madhya pradesh,7 km from rajnagar,12 km from khajuraho and 40 km from Chhatarpur district.

General
Th e kutni dam[2] is situated across the kutni river and is proposed to increase the supply of irrigation to canal of bariarpur left bank main canal project,taking it from Ken veer across the Ken river.
Achivement
This dam is 25 metres High. The entire length of the foundation of this dam was already settled during this work season with the help of CWC the department can replace the stone masonry of the two traning walls on the left and right side in cement concrete to the disadvantage of making this work and beneficial project.
