The 2021 Horizon League Men's Basketball Tournament will be the final event of the 2020–21 men's basketball season for the Horizon League.
Seeds
All of the teams will participate in the tournament with the top 4 teams receiving byes to the quarterfinals. Teams were seeded by conference record, then seeded further with tiebreakers for teams with the same win-loss records.
