Aati, also called Ati was an Egyptian god who was one of the 42 judges of the dead.[1] The name Aati means "a leper."[2] She comes from Heliopolis. The god will question a soul traveling through the underworld on a sin. The soul must deny it with the line "O Aati who comes from Heliopolis, I have not foolishly set my mouth in motion against another man."[3]
