So I reviewed this article under an old username five years ago, and I rubber stamped it as I thought there were no issues. The me five years ago was also not aware of the whole section describing each deck used close paraphrasing in its entirety. Personally, I am not sure this article still passes the GA criteria with a large part of the material gone, so this is why I'm starting a community reassessment.
