Toys "R" Us (Canada) Ltd., also known as in Canada as Toys "R" Us, is a Canadian chain of toy stores owned by Fairfax Financial. The Canadian expansion of the American Toys "R" Us began in 1984. The parent company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in September 2017, closing all U.S. locations the following March.[1]

The Canadian subsidiary and related trademarks was sold off to Fairfax Financial in June, 2018,[2] and currently comprises 82 stores which continue to operate under the Toys "R" Us name. The company is headquartered in Concord, Ontario.
