Alli Odunayo (born 10 November 1996; professionally known as Telz) is a Nigerian record producer[1][2][3] and songwriter known for producing most songs off Burna Boy‘s Grammy award winning album Twice As Tall[4] and Patoranking 2020 commercially acclaimed hit song "Abule". [5]

He is notable with the mainstream sound marks Funkula and Born Killer,[6]which is well-known in the Nigerian mainstream music scene.[7][8]

Early life and career

He hails from Ondo State, Nigeria, A graduate of Babcock University with a degree.[9] He began his recording career in 2011 with a few singles that he released in 2014 and 2015.[citation needed]

In 2020, Burna Boy's Twice As Tall album had Telz as the principal producer, with P Diddy serving as executive producer. The collection also featured Timbaland's creations which later won the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards for Best Global Music Album category.[10][11]

In 2020, he won Producer of the Year at Maya Awards Africa[13]


In 2021, he received the recognition and participation certificates from The Recording Academy as a producer on the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards Wininng recording album Twice As Tall for Best Global Music Album.[14][15]
