AIV

[edit]

Hi - regarding your recent revert at Prima Donnas, first of all I'd like to thank you for helping maintain Wikipedia! Just a note about warning and reporting - you might not have noticed, but the IP address in question had four separate warnings, including a Level 4 warning, for similar edits they had been making from earlier in the day - in those circumstances, rather than issue a Level 1 warning, it's usually best just to go to AIV and report them for persistent vandalism - you can do that easily with Twinkle, using the 'ARV' option. I've done it in this instance, since they continued with their disruption after your revert, but just thought I'd mention it for future reference. Hello, Mc Eduard Figueroa. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "List of My Special Tatay episodes".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! CptViraj (📧) 12:39, 1 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! There is a weekly marathon for the teleserye Starla that airs on Yey! channel every Saturdays.(source) I visited the List of programs broadcast by ABS-CBN article where I tried to edit on Starla (; marathon broadcast on Yey!)[1], but my edit keeps being reverted by User:WayKurat.[2][3][4] Please help! -120.29.112.118 (talk) 06:17, 14 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Updating episode count too early

[edit]

Again, you are doing this and I already told you many times to not do that. This is not a contest for you to update the episode count so early. Hours before the latest episode airs. I've added the Saturdays and Sunday shows to my watchlist, to make sure you don't do this again. Do this again, you'll be reverted and reported. TheHotwiki (talk) 01:56, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited The First and True Home of Asianovelas, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Lee Ji-eun (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 08:29, 15 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2019 election voter message

[edit]
Hello! Voting in the 2019 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 on Monday, 2 December 2019. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2019 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:15, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock request

[edit]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Mc Eduard Figueroa (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

Confirmed sockpuppetry is the reason for being blocked. I only used an open proxy computer with an IP range block. The IP address range that I used is 180.191.0.0/16 that affects my account being blocked. It says that "Editing by unregistered users from your shared IP address or address range may be currently disabled due to abuse". I was being blocked by mistake because I don't have any other accounts to abuse. Mc Eduard Figueroa (talk) 09:55, 29 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I'm sorry, but I cannot unblock you at this time as this is a sockpuppetry and/or checkuser block. Check users have access to technical and personally identifying information they may not disclose openly on Wikipedia. Please read and heed the relevant sections of the WP:GAB. If this is not your original account, you will need to appeal at your original account. -- Deepfriedokra 04:07, 30 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

unblock discussion

[edit]

I see it's not so simple as being caught up in a range block. You omitted mention of Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ria Cruz/Archive. Please address the overlap. In any event, this is a checkuser block. Please read the pertinent portions of the WP:GAB. Thanks, -- Deepfriedokra 12:21, 29 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

PS. The range block is " (anon. only, account creation blocked, cannot edit own talk page) ". That would not affect logged in users.-- Deepfriedokra 12:23, 29 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Deepfriedokra: I really need to unblock my account, but I don't know how to request it because I using different types of gadgets, different types of ISPs and/or network connections and/or IP addresses. What should I do? Mc Eduard Figueroa (talk) 03:05, 30 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Please see that part of the wP:GAB pertaining to check user and sock puppetry blocks.-- Deepfriedokra 04:08, 30 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Second unblock request

Confirmed sockpuppetry is the reason for being blocked, which is incorrect. This is my original account and not a sockpuppet of Ria Cruz. I don't create multiple accounts to abuse, I have no intentions to manipulate, vandalize, disrupt, violate copyrights, and any other reasons to damage and disrupt the project. Please accept this unblock request to make my contributions useful. Mc Eduard Figueroa (talk) 11:27, 6 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

The editing of this account has so many similarities to that of certain other accounts that on that basis alone there could be little if any doubt that you are the same person. Add to that the fact that technical evidence links you to those accounts, and you are really asking us to believe a remarkable amount of chance coincidence: different people with no connection to one another coming up as technically linked and doing almost identical editing. In addition to that we have the fact that you are already known to have used the sockpuppet account Matt2815 and to have lied about it; why should we think you are telling the truth this time? And then there is the fact that on 29 December 2019 you said "I don't have any other accounts" despite the fact that you knew that your lying about the Matt2815 sockpuppetry was already known for certain. If you can not only lie, but lie when you know that the truth is already known, why should we trust you again? JBW (talk) Formerly JamesBWatson 14:12, 13 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@JBW: I admit it. I'm so sorry for lying about the account named Matt2815 that I created because I really need to edit articles, not for vandalizing and disruption. I'm sorry for my disruptive behavior and I will not do this again. I'm so sorry for being rude about it. I will not create multiple accounts again. I promise.
