jtobler is a wikipedian, real name John Tobler. At least three other unrelated people who did not even know each other have referred to me as an "eclectic polymath." The probability is vanishingly small that three unrelated random human beings would pair those two words together in that order to describe a single person they have met in different places and at different times; so, there is probably some reason for their application of such a designation. My background includes the humanities, the sciences, the arts, and, even, business. Special interests include musical composition and music synthesis; computer software architecture and engineering; virtual worlds and metaverse art; general systems theory and general semantics; and, general generalism and general humor.
