This is either a hoax or something extremely obscure. Google search literally only brings up wikipedia mirrors, which is rather suspicious for a place that supposedly had a 2000 census population (not buying the article's claim). Nothing useful on google books. Newspapers.com has a smattering of older hits, mainly referring to a place that seems to be in southern New York, a literal hollow, a hunting club, and a school Christmas play.

FWIW, I'm not even sure where this place is located, as the claimed location in the article doesn't match the given coordinates. Hog Farm _Talk 06:05, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect to Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. Minor coverage can be found: in 1898, "Mrs. Meed and family of Woodchuck Hollow have moved to Thornhurst", and Willie Clancey was "employed on the laying of the Potter Gas Company's line on the Kibbeville road in Woodchuck Hollow". In 1931, "A. Perkins is drawing logs to the Slawson mill in Woodchuck Hollow". In 1935, "E.B. Thomas of Duke Center has moved back onto his farm in Woodchuck Hollow".
