An Antisemitic canard is a false story or legend spread in order to encourage hatred of Jews. They are canards because they are either deliberate falsehoods created in order to encourage antisemitism or because they are spread despite having been thoroughly disproven. Antisemitic canards are often part of broader theories of Jewish conspiracies.
