I don't think this film is dystopian

The film doesn't really satirize or explore the society or the widespread ramifications of banning substances, and it isn't meant to. It's a parody of The Purge franchise, as seen in the title ("Binging and purging" is a phrase referring to heavy drinking and hangovers).
