Not notable. As with the prod, "Minor local politicians and their sordid activities are not notable. Note that fully half of the references relate not to the subject but to their one-time partner." Lacks significant coverage about Black in multiple independent reliable sources. One of a glut of of articles on seemingly non notable St Peter's College old boys.
