Suspected sockpuppets

re-opening case to add IP2. IP1 previously reported. IP2 editor is making edits similar to those by IP1 and sockmaster that resulted in block. Both IPs show same ISP and city. Diffs:

In reply to @Vanjagenije:'s request below, IP2 was changing contemporary likenesses in medieval nobility infobox images to much later artistic interpretations without explanation or discussion, as was Isaiasad. Three diffs by Isaiasad here; many more to be seen in his/her contributions list:
