Comment Who says the award is non-notable? Simply because you do not know about it does not mean it is non-notable. Anyway, I've added another source demonstrating notability.--TM 17:28, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Keep She gets plenty of news coverage at http://allafrica.com/search/?string=Bebe+Manga You need a subscription to read the full articles, but there is enough in the summaries and the headlines to show she is notable.
