Hello Rymknows23. It isn't due to the language of the sources, I have viewed translations of them.

Hello User:MrsSnoozyTurtle, I contest the deletion because I think both sources and topic are notable and make a wiki article. The "local news articles" are Algerian newspapers' articles proving the service notable in the country. According to my research, no 'Times' or 'Le Monde' magazine will cover the service simply because it's not international. About the Canvassing thing, how do you suggest I ask people to join the discussion, since I'm open to other opinions and editing suggestions.
