The appletini, also known as the apple martini, is a cocktail containing vodka and either apple juice, apple cider, or apple liqueur. Typically, the apple vodka is shaken or stirred with a sweet and sour mix and then strained into a martini glass.

It is the favorite drink of fictional doctor John Dorian in the worlds greatest sitcom Scrubs. He considers it a "straight-guy drink." Dorian often orders his appletinies "easy on the tini".

Another version of the appletini is something fondly referred to as the "Rumpletini." In place of the vodka goes a light rum.
