It is clear that Richard Lochhead is the Cabinet Secretary i/c "Rural Affairs & the Environment", but his senior civil servant is the DG of the "Environment" Directorate and there does not seem to be a Rural Affairs & the Environment Directorate that this template anticipates.

I have drafted an Environment Directorate article to fill in the gap and will amend this template accordingly. Ben MacDui 16:02, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
