Most of the coverage is quite collateral, not WP:SIGCOV. It is not uncommon for a commander to be named in the context of a military unit's actions, but that's not necessarily coverage of the individual. Marginal keep Nearly all of the coverage concerns the Azovstal siege, but he also received the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi in 2022, Order of Courage in 2015, and other decorations (news mention), fulfilling WP:ANYBIO criteria “received a well-known and significant award or honour.” —Michael Z. 20:33, 25 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Strong Keep 1) He was promoted to commander of one of the main battalions defending in the Siege of Azovstal (in a world-famous siege and battle),
2) His personal videos, released during the siege and battle, were posted on CNN and numerous other MAJOR NEWS OUTLETS WORLDWIDE (this alone makes him NOTABLE) 3) He led a major break-in assault to add 500 soldiers to the Ukrainian Azovstal siege defense 4) He is highly decorated.
