Sean Scanlan MRIA, IEEE Life Fellow (also J. O. Scanlan; 1937 – 2 May 2017) was an Irish circuit theorist and electronic engineering professor.[1]

Biography

Sean Scanlan was a former President of the Royal Irish Academy (RIA) (1993–1996), a life fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and was a recipient of the Golden Jubilee Medal of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, and of a RIA Gold Medal.[2]
