The International State College of the Philippines (Filipino: Pang-internasyonal na Kolehiyo ng Pilipinas), also known as ISCP is a fictitious university in the Philippines, known for its witty "course offerings" and online materials that made it look like a legitimate higher education institution.[1][2]
