Article created by a sock. It still fails WP:NBOOK. Sources either make passing mention or they don't even mention at all.

Delete per previous afd and per above. Does not meet notability. Even the article is erroneous lists Rabi'_al-Awwal as the first month of the lunar calendar, when in fact it is the third month of the lunar calendar. Also I wonder if WP:G4 applies here.
