Sky Vegas is an interactive entertainment channel that broadcasts gambling programming live from around 6pm to around 2am. It attempts to capture the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas, allowing users to interact and play along at home. The channel(s) were among the first gaming stations in the UK to feature casino-like games instead of telephone puzzles or quizzes.
In the months leading up to December 2006, the programming could be found on two Sky TV channels in the UK: Sky Vegas 845 and Sky Vegas 846. However, in December 2006, Sky Vegas 846 was removed from the Sky EPG. The channel returned to the EPG in January 2007 under the new name of Sky Poker
