20NINE is the Superapp, from Stockholm, Sweden, that makes it easier for small business owners to organize and grow by digitalizing their operations with an all-in-one app. 20NINE Superapp includes modules for sales, customer management, prospecting, contract management, e-signing, marketing, recruiting, consultant management, case management, customer service and by connecting to various payment flows 20NINE also provide automatic book keeping. History
20NINE was launched under the name Salesbox in 2014. Salesbox was founded with the intention of making life simpler for those working in the sales department. The software has evolved over time, and it now serves a larger audience than just the sales department. In December 2021, Salesbox announced that the service would be renamed 20NINE to clarify the market's perception of the company, the app and those who benefit from its functions. [2]
The system can be accessed worldwide, and is available in 16 languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and French.[3][4]
20NINE has won the "Best Sales CRM Product or Service Award" at the Sales Innovation Expo in 2016.[5]
