Request reason:

I am dreadfully sorry about the pain that I made you guys go through within the past couple of years or so, (especially you Ferret), and I am hereby requesting for my account to be unblocked. So if I want to edit again, I'll avoid making pointless edits like I had a habit of doing, since I didn't know what else was there to write. I mean, I didn't want to vandalize an article or anything like that. With that said, I'll be a bit more careful with how I edit on this wiki. Do take your time in reviewing this unblock request, and I'll be okay with either a rejection or with this unblock request being accepted. Hi. Back in 2021, TonyBallioni warned you about trying to act as a clerk at SPI without being one, particularly requesting global locks for CUs who are perfectly capable of doing it themselves. I have noticed that you are once again requesting global locks based on enwiki SPI cases (e.g. [1][2][3]). This is unnecessary and disrupts the SPI workflow as clerks have to check the page to avoid duplicate requests and requests from non-clerks/admins tend to take much longer to be actioned. Moreover, since you are blocked on enwiki I think this behaviour falls into an uncomfortable grey area wrt. WP:PROXYING. I would appreciate it if you refrained from this activity.
