Article Needs Major Rewrite

This article is an almost verbatim copy of sections of the 2010 International Religious Freedom Report by the US Department of State, which is its sole reference. As such, the article suffers from several issues:

It is out of date. Persistent references to the "reporting period" in the article refer to a point in time 12+ years ago.
Its neutrality may be in question. The sole source represents one set of conclusions, and there are no other sources to either corroborate or challenge those conclusions.
Because it is a verbatim copy, it has numerous grammatical issues - such as the consistent use of past tense - which makes sense within the referenced report, but not in an encyclopedia article.
