Robert G. Luna is an American law enforcement officer, who is the Sheriff of Los Angeles County. Luna previously served as Chief of the Long Beach Police Department, before defeating Sheriff Alex Villanueva in the 2022 election.[1] Robert Luna held a 20-percentage-point lead in votes counted in the sheriff electoral ballots.[2]
