  • Comment: He served as Member of Constituent Assembly of India which was India's national legislature which was created for frame the Constitution of India and as of it's wikipedia article "its members served as the nation's first Parliament as the 'Provisional Parliament of India" so this biography meets forth line of Wikipedia:Notability (politics)#Politicians.
  • Comment: Presumed notability under WP:NPOL applies here - the Constituent Assembly was the body which preceded the Indian Parliament. Technically as the Constitution was adopted in 1949, the Assembly became the interrim Parliment, thus he was also a member of the Indian Parliament (preceeding the first eletion in 1951-52). This person also appears to have been elected to the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly in 1962 as an independent under the name Ram Prasad for the Bhanupratappur constituency. However, draft needs copy-editing. Goldsztajn (talk) 23:12, 13 December 2022 (UTC)
  • Comment: I don't think constituent assembly fall under WP:NPOL. Curbon7 (talk) 15:19, 13 December 2022 (UTC)
  • Comment: That image looks like it was photoshopped. I highly doubt it's real. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 13:50, 13 December 2022 (UTC)
