- Man, that's rough, dude. Dropping a welcome template on his talk page the 31st and then immediately nominating his userpage for deletion the day after? - Keep: per WP:RAGS. I see no problem here. This userpage is not even a complete paragraph, it looks as if the user started to write something and then gave up or lost interest partway through. It could be the start of something that may very well be a violation of WP:NOTWEBHOST, or it could be a well-intentioned attempt at writing an article about an obscure topic. Don't know.
