Information icon Hello, I'm 1keyhole. I noticed that you recently removed content from List of honours of the Jordanian royal family without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. 1keyhole (talk) 02:43, 11 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I removed the because the page is for living members. He died last year. 2601:249:9301:D570:8D29:A3EF:A5EE:4FB2 (talk) 02:44, 11 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The reason I removed the entries from the List of honours of the Jordanian royal family is because these pages are intended only to list the honors of currently living members. For example, List of honours of the British royal family by country by country had the entries for Queen Elizabeth removed upon her death. Prince Muhammad bin Talal died on 9 April 2021<, therefore he is not a living member.ref>"وفاة الأمير محمد بن طلال". almamlakatv.com (in Arabic). 29 April 2021.</ref>[1]
It's the same reason there are no entries for Hussein of Jordan, who died in 1999. 2601:249:9301:D570:8D29:A3EF:A5EE:4FB2 (talk) 02:53, 11 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
