I really think that the samaritan law is not that good... what if the person is in an situation where he cannot even talk? he can not be left unattended and lying on the ground! every person needs to be a good samaritan and he or she should feel responsibe and take it serious. what if the person is in teh same situation as the other person? he sure would have needed some help!

Expand number of countries

I suspect that there is content pretty much about all countries around the world already existing. Rather than add each country one by one and end up with a huge list, a series of regional templates added one by one might be the way to go.
