Ranges: 88.109.x.x, 88.110.x.x and 88.111.x.x

These are UK Tiscali ranges used by prolific sockpuppeteer User:WJH1992; he has been vandalising for at least nine months as shown here: Category:Wikipedia sockpuppets of WJH1992 and here Category:Suspected Wikipedia sockpuppets of WJH1992.

Since July I have emailed Tiscali's abuse citing their [Incident: 080723-0000] reference on numerous occasions, but without any action (or even acknowledgement in most cases) on their part.

Earlier this evening, a couple of anon IPs requested unblocking to create accounts, and I undid the hardblock; within minutes, User:WJH1992 had created User:Cally (1963- ) (his mother's name) and started up again. We obviously cannot keep these ranges hardblocked for ever, but as soon as they are relaxed, he's back again.

It's so bad that a script was written to try and catch him as soon as he started.

Please provide an exact copy (minus any personal information if so desired) of the original email you sent to them so I can determine whether they just refuse to respond, or of you're doing something wrong. GO-PCHS-NJROTC ^(Messages) 01:57, 16 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
