Adoption Program

[edit]

Hello and welcome to the adoption program!

Please take some time to think about what you would like out of this program and what you can devote to it. After you have thought about this please message me on my talk page about which areas you would like to focus on. As well, if you are completely new or you are not sure, you can let me know that and I can give you a general overview. You will get as much as you put in with this program. If you would like me to be someone that you can ask questions to every once and a while, then thats who i'll be. Yet, if you wish to be in constant contact with me and have me go over your work with you each day or so, then thats who i will be. This is your choice, just please let me know :P

Also if you could please remove the adoptee userbox from your userpage so that others know you have been adopted. If you like you can replace it with this user box:

Thank you for your time, Matthew Yeager 13:47, 30 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Align

[edit]

ay buddy,
left alignment for text is standard, if you meant with a picture, see the below example.

for images you just have to add what you want after the image... for example if you want left you just add "|left" if you want a frame you just add "|frame" as you can see in the following example

[[Image:wiki.png|left|frame|pic and words on left]] creates...

pic and words on left

if you have any questions let me know! Matthew Yeager 02:46, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

sweet stuff man! much improved! If you have any other questions, let me know Matthew Yeager 15:29, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Customize Signature

[edit]

To customize your signature, go to "My Preferences" at the top right of your wiki screen. You will see a "Signature" text box, within there you can enter HTML code that you would like to be your Signature. if you go to the edit page you can see what HTML makes up mine. As well, if you want to link some of your Signature to say, your user page and some of it to your talk page, then you must check the "Raw Signature" checkbox.

if you have any further questions, let me know. MatthewYeager 00:47, 6 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of F-Zero Z

[edit]

I have nominated F-Zero Z, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/F-Zero Z. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. « ₣M₣ » 18:38, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Pop'n'gum.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Pop'n'gum.png. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. If you have any questions, please post them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 00:18, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Halo: Reach requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Copy and paste moves

[edit]

Please note that you cannot copy and paste text from one article title to another, as you did with Rafa Alcântara and Thiago Alcântara. If you believe an article is improperly titled, the move function must be used in order to retain the article history. If you cannot move a page yourself, or if a move is potentially controversial, please request that an administrator perform the task at WP:RM. —KuyaBriBriTalk 22:19, 12 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the info, I didn't know that. I'll make sure to do all of the above next time. :) E.M. talkcontribs 04:04, 15 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
