Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages you might like to see:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to edit a page and How to develop articles
- How to create your first article (using the Article Wizard if you wish)
- Manual of Style
You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but many editors recommend that you create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits such as the ability to create articles. For a full outline and explanation of the benefits that come with creating an account, please see this page. If you edit without a username, your IP address (98.117.6.116) is used to identify you instead.
In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}}
before the question on this page. Again, welcome! Nsaa (talk) 15:06, 29 May 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Unfortunately, some of your edits have been reverted because you didn't include a reference. When you add claims to an article they need to be backed up with a reference in accordance with Wikipedia's policy of verifiability, even if it is for something like running times. If you don't include a reference editors won't know where your information came from and it is likely to be removed. You can add a reference by using a citation template or simply by putting <ref>...</ref> markers around the url next to the claim. You can find out more about the types of sources that are acceptable as references at Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources. I hope this helps. If you need any assistance please feel free to ask at my talk page or the talk page of the article you are editing. Betty Logan (talk) 16:27, 9 June 2011 (UTC)
Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Goo Goo Gas (Spongebob Squarepants episode). If you do not believe the page should be deleted, then you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion and appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. — Fly by Night (talk) 14:48, 27 June 2011 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Hi there, I just wanted to let you know about your edit here wasn't needed. We already had a link to Roger's article on the page. Don't mistake this as a warning or anything (it's not), I just wanted to let you know incase you wondered why it was reverted. Gorlack36 (talk) 15:02, 5 July 2011 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
