A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
Overall, this article is off to a good start. The biggest areas that need to be worked on is Anderson's personal/early life and education, and his exhibits. I would like to see more information about his history, education, and artistic influences. Regarding the exhibitions, I think more information about his work, specifically the ones he is known for would be helpful to have on this page. It would also be helpful to see photos/media added to this article. In the sandbox, there are some typos, but other than that the information is relevant.
