- Delete From what I recall, a Parliamentary Under Secretary has to be a sitting MP. I can't find any reliable Christopher Duncans through search nor any mentions of sitting MPs by that name, so I tend towards {{hoax}}. (aeropagitica) 08:40, 17 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
