Albanian is not official nation wide the law of 20% and above for minority language is offical. Also I stand on the argument that this is not the way,this will open up the door to add Serbian Bulgarian Macedonian Vlach Aromanian names. For example Korçë, Bilisht is inhabited with minority groups but you don't see Aromanian or Macedonian name on Wiki pages of Korçë Bilish).
