If you are a Wikimedia steward or have a close connection with one, please ask them to remove the global lock on User:ColdFairy (talk). There were no disciplinary issues with ColdFairy. On this account, I thought it would be a clear-cut case because of the above reasoning. However, I now recognize it's not. Once ColdFairy is unblocked, please unblock this account so I can use it as a legitamite alternate acccount. @PhilKnight is there any chance you can get in touch with the Wikimedia stewards to unblock ColdFairy? If you don't have a close connection with a steward, could you please ask other admins if they know any stewards well (or they themselves are a steward).
