Delete Promotional, lacks notability - "Obinabo said that God is her mentor as well as Raymond Obieri, the former chairman of Intercontinental Bank." is the stuff of legends - the dance of the celestial and temporal. Comment: She may not meet WP:NPOL, but she may still be notable. She's the first woman to hold a local office, and appears to have been Commissioner for Women and Social Welfare for the state at one point, and spearheaded the creation of domestic violence courts. She may be notable given all of these together, plus there is a lot of Google News sourcing I didn't have time to check. TulsaPoliticsFan (talk) 20:03, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
