Hi! I'm Digiku, and I'm here to help around in what possible ways there can be!

Typically, I revert vandal edits and other things that may be wrong within certain articles. Since I'm a bit lazy, what I do is usually the easy edits that won't take me a minute. Going with that, I'm a rather passive editor. I edit as I find certain things while browsing aimlessly; I don't actively seek them out.

I have written little snippits of content for Wikipedia before, albeit they be a little out there. Truthfully, I wasn't too aware of Wikipedia's policies in the past (read: December 2006), but since browsing Category:Wikipedia culture and having started a wiki of my own, I've now learned a little more about what's acceptable in Wikipedia. I hope I can be of favorable service. :) (That being said, I wanna try to refrain from making major content edits myself. I don't really need or want the wikipediholicism...)

Interests

I just do what I do, and that's all that I do. That's all there is to it. That's basically the first thing I can say about myself, and probably the most important thing.

I'm a Sonic the Hedgehog fan. That's basically the second thing I can say about myself (which actually doesn't say much about its importance compared to the first thing.) Maybe not a diehard fanatic, I might say. I mean, the guys who dedicate themselves to unearthing Sonic prototypes and then ripping them to every last shred? Now I consider them truly hardcore Sonic fans! I respect them in that. I really do.

In my spare time, I really like to browse Wikipedia aimlessly and just find out some interesting tidbits I come across. It's one of the main things I do when I'm bored. How could I have found out Extreme ironing otherwise? Or the $100 laptop? How about how effective camouflage can really be? (That guy, by the way, does some truly amazing work.)

I've found MediaWiki to be a truly great software for what it does, and the wiki paradigm to be really respectable (when done right, at least.) I was formerly one of the main staff of the SRB2 Wiki, a wiki which documents the gameplay of Sonic Robo Blast 2 and also how to edit the game (it being a Doom-based software.) As for messing around with the MediaWiki software, I've actually been experimenting with it lately and using it as a content management system for myself. I'm building a pretty big project out of my findings, actually, but for now, it's a secret!

I also like to cook. I really like to cook. I'm pretty sure I used the Cookbook on several occasions in the past. :)
