Rolf Jardemark, born November 23, 1960[1] in Gothenburg, is a Swedish jazz musician (guitar). He is active as a composer, bandleader and educator and has taught in several different contexts, including at the music academy in Gothenburg as well as on several music lines and community colleges. In 2019, Rolf Jardemark received the Gothenburg City Cultural Scholarship.

In 1989 he started a band under his own name and released his first album. After releasing the album Guitarland in 1993, he was noticed the following year in the TV program Jazzduellen in SVT (Swedish Television), where older, established musicians met younger ones on their way up. In the program he played and was interviewed together with swedish jazz guitarist and composer Rune Gustafsson. After the album debut in 1989, he has released about ten more albums, most recently The Ripple Effect[6] (2023) where the pianist Lars Jansson participates together with the drummer Adam Ross and the bassist Olli Rantala. Since 2000, he also runs his own record label, Guitarland Records. Rolf Jardemark is mentioned in the book The Great Jazz Guitarists – The Ultimate Guide[2],by the American jazz historian and author Scott Yanow.
