Judson A. Thigpen Sr. (December 20, 1892 - ?lFebruary 20, 2001) was a state legislator in Louisiana. He served in the Mississippi House of Representatives from 1964-1972.[1] His son also served in the state legislature.[2]

He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a petroleum distributor, had a tree farm, and owned a store.[1] His father and grandfather also served in the Mississippi House of Representatives.[1]

He proposed a bill to abolish the Mississippi Sovereignty Commission after it had become inactive.[3]

A Baseball Annex was named for his son, Judson A. Thigpen Jr.[4]
