Lack of picture

Is there a reason there's no picture of the gem? I have one I personally took a couple of years ago, and I could upload that. I'm not sure if there's a reason for it, as most of these famous gems have photos. Just want to be safe. Thanks! General Kipicus (talk) 15:45, 20 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Feel free to upload it. Torimem (talk) 15:54, 20 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, please do upload your photo. In the past I had attempted, and failed, to locate a photo that clearly had no copyright restrictions. • Astynax talk 15:56, 20 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Astynax Well, here it is, finally. It's been uploaded to Wikimedia. You can find it at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Dom_Pedro_Aquamarine.jpg
Trying to figure out how I should format the link (thumb, orientation, etc) is giving me a headache, so I think I'm giving up here.
It's not an incredible photo, but it's something. Next time I visit I'll snap a better picture. I think it'll do in the meantime, though. General Kipicus (talk) 16:31, 20 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
That certainly represents an improvement. Thank you! If you do go again, I think a photo of that original crystal at the bottom might make another good pic to add. • Astynax talk 15:32, 21 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
